Making Waves with Power

Unique energy generation.
The use of renewable energy sources can supplement existing energy sources. Researchers are exploring every more creative means of drawing energy from the kinetic and radiated energy that fill sour world and remains largely unharnessed.

In a similar fashion, ASH Industries, over the course of almost three decades, has consistently honed its practices and the thermoplastic material utilized to make unique injection molded products to have as minimal an impact as possible. The scrap from one manufacturing is reused in other products where the specifications give ASH engineers that type of flexibility. Furthermore, some raw materials called biopolymers are entirely biologically derived with no fossil derivatives whatsoever.

Typical bio-based polymers are PLA (Polyactic Acid derived from corn starch or sugar cane), PHA (Polyhydroxyalkanoates polyesters produced in nature through fermentation), and starch based resin. What material may be best for your next bio-based product will be dependent on the manufactured intent, specific environmental and structural requirements, and even the mold configuration necessary to achieve the part design.

At any rate, ASH is ready to work with you to explore the possibilities before spending a lot of money and time.
